Benjamin is the founder and CEO of Mobilize Jobs, responsible responsible for driving all aspects of the program’s strategy, operations, sales and marketing. Mobilize is an innovative staffing program backed by over 29 years of experience as a trusted international recruitment agency. The program has been a great success in Canada – having deployed 600+ Mobilizers in positions across the country over the past three years – and is growing every season. Previously, Benjamin ran the largest ethical and compliant international recruitment firm in Canada. Working closely with a wide breadth of Canadian businesses as well as key industry associations, Benjamin spends his days helping organizations develop their labour strategies and sourcing top tier talent throughout Canada.
Daisy Orantes | Director, Partner Experience
Daisy is the Director of Partner Experience at Mobilize and is responsible for strategic planning and leading the day-to-day recruitment program. She has more than 15 years of experience in recruitment and management, having specialized in dedicated client management, strategic recruitment, executive search and operations in the staffing industry. Daisy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from York University. Following a passion for inspiring those around her and a desire to see more creativity in the world, Daisy is also owner of Blue Panda Art Studio.
Alline Haddad | Program Experience & Payroll Coordinator
Alline is the Program Experience and Payroll Coordinator at Mobilize and is responsible for employee relations and administering payroll. Alline studied English and Sociology at the University of Toronto, where she developed her interest in human relations. Prior to joining Mobilize she spent more than nine years in retail management. Alline is a true foodie at heart and can often be found discovering Toronto’s hidden food gems.
Mikael Ahmad | Recruitment & HR Coordinator
As the Recruitment & HR Coordinator, Mikael organizes and manages administrative processes with our staff and partners. An HR professional, Mikael has extensive knowledge in different areas of HR, including recruitment, training/development, health & safety and organizational behaviour. He holds a B.Sc. degree, majoring in Psychology and English, from the University of Toronto and has focalized post-graduate education in Human Resources Management.
