Mobilize Program Hiring Requirements

Mobilize Work placements are available for summer and winter deployments in the tourism, hospitality or restaurant sectors. Businesses get great people and you get a great job, your housing arranged, an unforgettable experience and a paycheque.

While the program has been very popular with the work and traveller lifestyle, Mobilize welcomes anyone of legal working age that meets the following requirements.

Here’s what you need to be eligible:

Candidate requirements

• Age 18 or older
• Must be legally able to work in Canada
• Have high school diploma
• Supply 2 references
• Clean background check

Mobilize responsibilities

• All hiring and Recruitment administration
• Training
• Employee Mentorship

Participating business responsibilities

• Provide seasonal placements per role
• Locate housing for workers
• Have ethical work standards
