Find out how a cross-Canada program can help you match young job seekers with tourism and hospitality employers.
Here’s a common scenario: you’ve got job seekers in your area, but no jobs. Elsewhere in Canada, there are plenty of openings – but no candidates to fill them. How do you bring the two together, filling open positions with enthusiastic candidates? You need to stop thinking locally, and open things up by thinking nationally.
Mobilize Jobs is currently hiring two hundred employees coast to coast, and we need your help to bridge the gap. Working together, we can create a national resource to expose your candidates to the best employers, nationwide.
Join us for this information webinar hosted by Benjamin Guth, President of Mobilize Jobs, and learn how we match up the two sides of the employment coin, and address local needs by relocating candidates through a unique travel/adventure job program.

Here’s what you’ll learn:
- How we help school job boards and employment centres work through the regional red tape that keeps you from helping job seekers and employers outside your zone.
- How Mobilize, a unique hospitality/tourism employment program can help address regional, seasonal labour shortages AND drastically reduce youth unemployment.
- How your organization can participate with Mobilize job postings, recruitment posters, job fairs and more.
About Mobilize Jobs
Our goal is to help as many young people as we can find great jobs, build skills and have an adventure. We send workers across Canada on work/travel experiences to six-month placements with employers who are short-staffed locally. Workers get to travel, gain experience, and live for free, since their housing is included. Since we launched three years ago, Mobilize Jobs has helped place 750+ workers in more than 60 properties across the country.
