I would consider James a model employee.  He has great attention to detail and is fantastic about showing new staff what to do. He has a positive attitude and is always keeping busy. Banff had its annual Canada Day parade this week and James from Mobilize was our mascot…for me James has really been one of our success stories. He seems like a natural leader!
