Toronto, Ontario (March 4, 2015) – Mobilize has created the Great Canadian Work Experience, which has been specifically designed to get Canadians aged 18-30 working for reputable Canadian employers while providing them with an opportunity to travel the country. The program is open to anyone who meets these age requirements, has a great attitude, and wants a new job. The application process is simple; all somebody needs to do is go to mobilizejobs.ca and submit his or her resume to be considered.
Mobilize is backed by the Diamond Group of Companies, which has over 26 years of recruitment and placement experience. The program itself gives unemployed younger Canadians an opportunity like no other; job seekers who are hired, get to travel Canada, work for credible companies, earn a wage, develop job skills, receive training and make fruitful business and personal connections, all while receiving free housing.
“We are excited to have developed a program that gets Canadian youth working,” said Benjamin Guth, Program Manager at Mobilize. “Our first group of job seekers are already on the job and the reports from them and their employers is the program is an absolute success.”
Mobilize hires Canadian youth who are looking for a job and matches them with employers for a four-month period. Each employee will get to travel to three locations over the course of a year, including one resort location, one metropolitan area and one rural area in different cities across Canada. In each location among other benefits, employees will receive free housing, be able to develop much needed jobs skills, gain professional references, and receive training that employers are looking for today.
“Any Canadian youth who have a high school diploma, want a job, are looking for an adventure, and are trying to develop some needed skills will be considered when they apply,” said Guth.
Mobilize is proud to have developed a program that will get Canadians working and looks forward to continuing to build on its early success.
